Bentonite Face Mask
Easy DIY Face Mask

Materials
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp bentonite clay
- 1 drop essential oil of your choice
Instructions
- Wash and clean any makeup off the face.
- Open your pores by steaming your skin with a hot towel beforehand to improve the effectiveness of the mask. This step is optional.
- Add bentonite clay to a non-metal container and mix in the apple cider vinegar. Stir with a non-metal spoon. Add in 1-2 drops of the essential oil of your choice. I like to use lavender essential oil.
- Wait in a cool place for 10 minutes or until the mask is dry. It is normal to feel your face start to pulsate (seriously). As long as there isn't any pain, persist!
- Remove the mask with warm water and a cloth and apply your favorite moisturizer. ENJOY your clean, glowing skin!
Notes
If your skin is very sensitive, try a small section of your face to test for reaction to bentonite clay. If your skin is a little red after using the mask, this is normal. Don't worry! The redness should go away in a couple of minutes.
